Both tank and tankless should be serviced annually or else sediment settles and accumulates within the reservoir. We have annual heater service reminders and unit flushing plans. Ask us about them today!

Most frequent culprits are worn-out gaskets, valves, or O-rings. While some leaks can be fixed by replacing these parts, persistent leaks may indicate a more serious issue, such as pipe corrosion.

It could be a dry p-trap, clogged drain, or even cracked sewer pipe. The presence of sewer gas is an indication of something wrong with your plumbing and requires professional correction to avoid further issues.
